Abstract:
The Research titled The Satisfaction of People on Services of Damrongdhama Center, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province is a survey based research project with the following objectives: 1. To study the level of peoples satisfaction when visiting and using services at Damrongdhama Center, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province; 2. To compare the satisfaction of people using services at Damrongdhama Center, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province by classifying their satisfactions based on personal factors. 390 people who reside in Si Racha District, Chonburi Province and used services at Damrongdhama Center, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province. Were surveyed. The tool used in this study is questionnaire which was distributed by the researcher. Statistics used for analysis include Frequency Distribution, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. In the Hypothesis testing, T-test and One-way ANOVA were applied to test and compare the mean of the variables. The level of statistical significance was set at .05 and the difference was tested by Least Significant Difference (LSD). The result of the research found that most respondents were male aged 41 years and over, single, with an educational background in Junior High School Education/High School Education/Vocational Certificate Education, occupation of trading/personal business, and an average monthly income of15,000-20,000 Baht. The overview of peoples satisfaction level towards services of Damrongdhama Center, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province was high. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest mean was the service system, followed by the service officers, service duration, troubleshooting and building, respectively. The comparison of people's satisfaction towards services of Damrongdhama Center, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province found that people with different educational backgrounds and occupations had different levels of satisfaction towards services of Damrongdhama Center, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province at the level of statistical significance by .05, while people with different genders, ages, marital status, average monthly incomes and complaint channels had no different level of satisfaction towards services of Damrongdhama Center, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province at the level of statistical significance by .05
