Abstract:
The purpose of this research to study levels of factors influencing the results of the national basic educational testing (O-NET) of learners for institutional development, Ngio network center Under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area, Area 4 and to study recommendations The implementation of the development of basic national educational test (O-NET) of learners for institutional development, Ngio network center Under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area, Area 4 The population are administrators and teachers of educational institutions in the Ngio network center Under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area, Area 4 7 schools, consisting of 7 administrators and 41 teachers, totaling 48 people The research instruments were a questionnaire with consistency index between 0.67-1.00. And reliability equals 0.96. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean. Standard deviation. The results of the research showed that levels of factors influencing the results of the national basic educational testing (O-NET) of learners for institutional development, Ngio network center Under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area, Area 4 Overall, each aspect was at a high level. Considering each aspect found that teacher factor at the high level and the factor of learners at a high level. Also, that is the management factors are at a high level. A suggestion Implementation of the development of basic national educational test results (O-NET) of learners for institutional development, Ngio network center Under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area, Area 4 found that 1) Learner factor should have a good attitude towards learning and should be arrange the student's family environment to facilitate learning 2) Teachers factor should provide the teachers to complete the class and teach with educational qualifications and teaching behavior of teachers to create motivation for exam preparation (O-NET) 3) Executive should provide technology that is conducive to modern learning management search for information and facilitate teaching and learning activities. Including to support learning management to be effective provide materials that are sufficient for student and teacher learning management.
