Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและคุณสมบัติของเศษวัสดุพลาสติก ประเภทพอลิเมทิลเมทาคริเลต 2) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการใช้ประโยชน์จากเศษวัสดุพลาสติกประเภทพอลิเมทิลเมทาคริเลต 3) เพื่อออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ของตกแต่งบ้านพักอาศัยจากเศษวัสดุพลาสติกประเภทพอลิเมทิลเมทาคริเลต 4) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกอบการและผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ของตกแต่งบ้านพักอาศัยจากการประยุกต่ใช้เศษวัสดุพลาสติกประเภทพอลิเมทิลเมทาคริเลต กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยมี 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมพลาสติกประเภทพอลิเมทิลเมทาคริเลต จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการแปรรูปพลาสติกประเภทพอลิเมทิลเมทาคริเลต จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการตกแต่งบ้าน จำนวน 3 คน และกลุ่มผู้บริโภคและผู้ที่สนใจในสินค้า ประเภทผลิตภัณฑ์ของตกแต่งบ้าน จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ชนิดปลายเปิด แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นด้านการออกแบบ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ มีวิธีดำเนินงานวิจัยโดยศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติของพลาสติกประเภทพอลิเมทิลเมทาคริเลตและสภาพปัญหาภายในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมพลาสติก ทำการวิเคราะห์ออกมาในรูปแบบความเรียงจากนั้นนำผลที่ได้มาค้นหากระบวนการใช้ประโยชน์ โดยทำการทดลองค้นหากระบวนการที่มีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด จากเครื่องจักรที่มีอยู่แล้วภายในโรงงานนำการทดลองที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ด้วย SWOT Analysis เพื่อหากระบวนการที่เหมาะสมมากที่สุดและนำไปออกแบบเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ของตกแต่งบ้านพักอาศัยจากเศษวัสดุพลาสติกประเภทพอลิเมทิลเมทาคริเลต โดยใช้เทคนิคการแปลงหน้าที่ผลิตภัณฑ์เชิงคุณภาพให้เป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติ (Quality Function Deployment: QFD) และการแก้ปัญหาเชิงประดิษฐ์กรรม (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving : TRIZ) นำผลที่ได้ไปผลิตเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ของตกแต่งบ้านพักอาศัย และนำไปประเมินความพึงพอใจโดยใช้วิธีการทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̄) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) เพื่อวิเคราะห์และสรุปผล ผลการวิจัย พบว่า เศษพลาสติกประเภทพอลิเมทิลเมทาคริเลตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมพลาสติกนั้นมีปริมาณมาก การนำเศษพลาสติกประเภทพอลิเมทิลเมทาคริเลตไปหลอมขึ้นใหม่จะทำให้เกิดการสิ้นเปลืองพลังงานและทรัพยากรเป็นจำนวนมาก ซึ่งจะก่อให้เกิดมลพิษต่อสภาพแวดล้อม ผลการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ของตกแต่งบ้านพักอาศัยจากเศษวัสดุพลาสติกประเภทพอลิเมทิลเมทาคริเลต มีผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับที่เหมาะสมมาก (x̄ = 4.42, S.D. = 0.32) ซึ่งใช้เทคนิคการตัดด้วยเครื่องตัด (Laser Machine) เนื่องจากมีความแม่นยำและมีโอกาสเกิดความเสียหายน้อยกว่าการทดลองประเภทอื่น ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจในผลิตภัณฑ์ของตกแต่งบ้านพักอาศัยจากเศษวัสดุพลาสติกประเภทพอลิเมทิลเมทาคริเลตจากผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมพลาสติกมีผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก (x̄ = 4.06, S.D. = 0.22) และจากผู้บริโภคและผู้ที่สนใจของตกแต่งบ้าน มีผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก (x̄ = 4.31, S.D. = 0.06)

Abstract: This article has the following objectives 1) to study of the problem conditions and the properties of polymethylmethacrylate scrap plastic, 2) to study about the procedures to apply with the polymethylmethacrylate scrap plastic, 3) to design the house decorating products made from the polymethylmethacrylate scrap plastic, and 4) to take satisfaction assessments of the entrepreneurs and the customers affected by house decorating products made from the Polymethylmethacrylate Scrap Plastic. With this case, there are four samplings group that are three entrepreneurs in managing the polymethylmethacrylate scrap plastic, the three experts in transforming this type of scrap plastic including of the customer groups and the one hundred interested people in this decorating product type. In addition, the tools used in this paper are the opened end interviews, the opinion questionnaires in designing and the satisfaction assessments. On the same way, the studied method about this kind of scrap plastic properties to be analyzed in the arranging patterns. After that, it has brought the gaining result to search for the utilizing procedures as well as testing with the most suitable ones from the exist machines inside the industrial plastic plants. Later, it has brought the result to be analyzed with SWOT Analysis for finding the most suitable procedure to design as this kind of house decorating products. Therefore, it has applied the quality function deployment: QFD technique and the theory of inventive problem solving : TRIZ to bring the result for manufacturing as the house decorating ones before bringing to be assessed for the satisfaction by using of the statistic methods, such as percentages , Means or (x̄) and standard Aviation or (S.D.) to analyse and make conclusion. According to the researching result, it was found that the polymethylmethacrylate scrap plastic in the industrial plastic plants have much quantity. What’s more, the bringing of polymethylmethacrylate scrap plastic to be melted as the new one can cause the energy waste and too much resources to gain the pollution in the environments. However, with the designing result of the house decorating made from the polymethymethacrylate scrap plastic it has been in the excellently suitable level as (x̄ = 4.42, S.D. = 0.32) after applying the Laser Machine Technique. On the other hand, it had the accuracy and the chances to made the damages in the less level than testing with other types. As the result, with the satisfaction result in the house decorating products made from the Polymethlymethacrylate Scrap Plastic it had the satisfaction result level as x̄ = 4.06, S.D. = 0.22) and from the customers and the interested people in house decorating it had the satisfaction result in the excellent level as (x̄ = 4.31, S.D. = 0.06). "
