Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare school academic administration of school under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by gender, position and school size. The population in this study consisted of 3,135 administrators, including school directors, deputy directors on academic affairs and teachers working in the academic year 2,012.The sample consisted of 342 teachers obtained by Krejcie and Morgan s Table. Stratified random sampling the schools class size teachers were then random sampled a portion. The research instrument used for collecting data was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent t-test and F-test. When significant difference were found with Scheffe's method at statistical significant of 0.05 level.The findings showed that:1. Academic administration of school under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office in the overall was at high levels. The highest average value was academic planning. The second highest was guidance and the lowest was teaching and learning in schools.2. The comparison of academic administration of school under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by gender, in the overall was no significantly different.3. The comparison of academic administration of school under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by position, in the overall was no significantly different.4. The comparison of school academic administration under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by school size, in the overall was statistical significant difference at 0.05 level.
