Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to study the role of educational institution administrators in promoting classroom action research of teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 13, and to compare the role of educational institution administrators in promoting classroom action research of teachers under the Secondary Educational service Area Office 13, categorized by province. The sample included 211 teachers in Trang province and 110 teachers in Krabi province, a total of 321. The instrument was 46 items of a five-point rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.85. The statistical analysis consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test (independent).The results of the study were as follows:1.The role of educational institution administrators in promoting classroom action research of teacher under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 13 as a whole was at a high level. Considering each aspect, the promotion of the progress of the work the teachers who have done classroom action research were at the highest level. The respected to teachers who have done classroom action research and the attention about the classroom action research were at the second highest level. The promotion of the success of the classroom action research were at the lowest level.2.The comparison of the role of educational institution administrators in promoting classroom action research of teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 13, categorized by province, as a whole and each aspect showed that there was no significant difference.
