Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลทุ่งขวาง อําเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรีและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลทุ่งขวาง อําเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี จําแนกเพศ อายุ สถานภาพ การศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้และระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในท้องถิ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ ประชากรในเขตตําบลทุ่งขวาง อําเภอพนัสนิคมที่มาใช้บริการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลทุ่งขวางในช่วงเดือนมิถุนายน – กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2559 จํานวน 400 คน ใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลแบบไม่อาศัยความน่าจะเป็น (Nonprobability sampling) โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ (Accidental sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยโปรแกรมสําเร็จรูปทางสถิติ คํานวณหาค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) ค่าสถิติ t-Test และค่าสถิติ F-test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ประชาชนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลทุ่งขวางประกอบด้วยด้านการให้บริการอย่างเสมอภาค ด้านการให้บริการที่ตรงเวลา ด้านการให้บริการอย่างเพียงพอ ด้านการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่องและด้านการให้บริการอย่างก้าวหน้าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการของประชาชนจําแนกตามเพศ อายุ สถานภาพ การศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้และระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในท้องถิ่น พบว่าประชาชนต่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to study the level of satisfaction of the people towards the service of the Tung Khwang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Phanat Nikhom District To compare the satisfaction of the people towards the service of the Tung Khwang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Phanat Nikhom District The gender, age, status, education, occupation, income and duration of local residents. The sample was used in this study. Population in Tung Khwang Subdistrict The use of non-probable data collection was used for data collection from the administrative service of Tungkwang Subdistrict Administrative Organization during June-July 2016. Nonprobability sampling using Accidental sampling. Data collection tools were questionnaires and statistical analyzes. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, and F-test The results showed that the people were satisfied with the service of Tungkwang Subdistrict Administration Organization, which consisted of equal services. The service on time. The service is adequate. Continuous service and progressive service. All aspects are in very high level. When comparing the satisfaction with the service of the people by sex, age, status, education, occupation, income and duration of local residence. It was found that the satisfaction of the service was not significantly different.
