Abstract:
The research aimed to develop social media-based training system in professional printing quality control for printing quality control personnel and specific objectives were to (1) study of the training system and professional need for printing quality control personnel as required by business organizations (2) develop and evaluate a conceptual framework of the training system. (3) draft the training system and construct training package (4) find efficiencies of the training system (5) compare the professional of printing quality control of sample who used the training system and (6) investigate satisfactory of the sample who trained with the training system. Research process following these steps (1) study of literature (2) need assessment survey (3) develop training system prototype framework (4) evaluation of the prototype frame work by experts (5) develop the prototype (6) efficiency assessment and evaluation and implementation (7) revision of training prototype. Research results showed that (1) the training system and professional of printing quality control personnel in each section of each different company found no significant difference in each section. (2) training system consisted of six training steps (a) assessment on the existing situation/ problems in the printing industries and the printing quality inspectors need for training, (b) establishment of the training plan and the training goals, (c) execution of training course development, (d) training implementation, (e) evaluation and result follow-up, and (f) improvement and maintenance to sustain the training system. (3) the developed the training package using the Internet network through website and application of Edmodo. The training package passed efficiency test via both experts and learning efficiency of 82.95/84.47 (4) the t-test dependent between pre-training and post-training using the training package found the post scores were higher significantly at .01 level (5) the trainers gained highest satisfactory toward the training package.
