Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ สร้างบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน วิชาการศึกษางาน เรื่อง ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคนกับเครื่องจักรและการเคลื่อนไหวของคน ณ จุดปฏิบัติงาน รวมทั้งเพื่อศึกษา ประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนและเจตคติของ ผู้เรียนที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยนักศึกษาระดับ ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพขั้นสูง 2 วิทยาลัยเทคนิคนครราชสีมา จำนวน 29 คน ในจำนวนนักศึกษา ทั้งหมดที่เรียนวิชาการศึกษางานในภาคเรียนที่ 2/2552 ผลการวิจัยพบว่าบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วย สอนที่สร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ 82.49 / 82.36 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 80/80 ผู้เรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ ทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และพบว่าผู้เรียนมีเจตคติที่ดีต่อบทเรียน คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน ในระดับดี สรุปได้ว่าบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนที่สร้างขึ้นมานี้ สามารถที่ จะนำไปใช้ช่วยในการเรียนการสอนวิชาการศึกษางานได้

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to create computer assisted instruction (CAI) for work study in relationships between man - machine and movement for man at practice the work, and to fmd out the efficiency of the CAI as well as the learning achievement and attitude of the students towards CAI. The instruments were consisted of construction of CAI for work study, pretest, formative test, and post test. The research was carried out with 29 second year higher vocational students of the technical industrial department; at Nakhonratchasima Technical College, Number of students studying in all the academic study of the work. In semester 2/2552. and utilized to fmd out the efficiency of CAI and the learning achievement. The research results revealed that the efficiency of CAl was 82.49 / 82.36, According than criteria set at 80/80 T-test for the learning achievement was significantly at the level of .01.. As the results, the computer assisted instruction (CAI) was good to be used for self study in instructional subject of work study.
