Abstract:
A research objective is studying a leadership development guideline increasing work performance of middle manager in electronic and electric appliances industries.
There are three main research steps as followed; 1) Literature Review 2) In-depth Interview, the sample is a manager on Electronic and Electric Appliances Industries for ten samples using In-depth Interview Form as a research material. 3) Survey, the sample is a middle level manager of company in electronic and electric appliances industries for 233 samples using Questionnaire as a research material.
As a result, Middle level manager in electronic and electric appliances industries has an opinion about leadership on work creativity the most (x̅ = 4.31). About work performance efficiency, quality productivity or service is the most (x̅ = 4.29). Difference of yearly policy sending staff for training is affected to opinion of leadership and increase of work performance efficiency. The leadership being skillful on problem solving and decision making with supporting and motivating subordinate to be improved is correlated and affected to work performance efficiency increase of middle level manager in electronic and electric appliances industries
