Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาบทเรียนออนไลน์ วิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อทักษะการเรียน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนออนไลน์วิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการเรียน รหัสวิชา 1500103 และเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนผ่านระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้คือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 สาขาสาธารณสุขศาสตร์คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ หมู่เรียนที่ 2 จำนวน 35 คน โปรแกรมที่ใช้พัฒนาบทเรียนออนไลน์ในครั้งนี้ ใช้โปรแกรม Moodle เวอร์ชั่น 1.97 โดย เป็นรูปแบบบทเรียนการสอน (Tutorial Instruction) เป็นบทเรียนที่เสนอเนื้อหาความรู้เป็น เนื้อหาย่อยๆ แล้วให้ผู้เรียนตอบคำถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พบว่า บทเรียนมีประสิทธิภาพ 85.2174.19 ซึ่งมีประสิทธิภาพต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ โดยในส่วนของแบบทดสอบหลังเรียนมีผลคะแนนรวมต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์เล็กน้อย ทั้งนี้อาจเนื่องมาจากจำนวนข้อสอบที่มีจำนวนมาก อย่างไรก็ดี จากการสังเกตพฤติกรรมของผู้เรียน พบว่าในเริ่มแรกผู้เรียนมีความรู้สึกตื่นเต้นที่จะได้เรียนในรูปแบบใหม่ และมีความท้าทายเมื่อได้ทำแบบทดสอบ Learning Online Development of English for Study Skills, code subject 1500103 aimed to develop a model of learning via the Internet. The research samples were 35 students who were the 2nd year students, major of Public Health, the Faculty of Science and Technology, Surindra Rajabhat University, group 2. The program for Learning Online Development was used by using Moodle version 1.97, Tutorial Instruction which the lesson had provided the content of knowledge as the subcontent that students could learn the lesson and answer questions via internet by oneself. The result of the research had found that qualitative lessons were affected by 85.21/74.19 which the efficiency had lower than standard. Moreover the total scores of posttest slightly lower than the standard. This problem might be due to a large number of tests. According to observation of the students, however, it had found that in the beginning students were excited to learn in new ways and challenging when they did the test.
