Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่องานดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนที่มีคุณภาพ และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่องานดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหาร ครู ผู้ปกครอง และนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนวัดสิงห์ จังหวัดชัยนาท ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2561 รวมจำนวน 176 คน เครื่องมือที่ใชัในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย 1) ระบบสารสนเทศผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่องานดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพของระบบสารสนเทศ 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระบบสารสนเทศ พัฒนาขึ้นในรูปแบบเว็บแอพพลิเคชันใช้ภาษา PHP ร่วมกับฐานข้อมูล MySQL มีส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้คือ ผู้บริหาร ครู ผู้ปกครอง และนักเรียน โดยในการเข้าใช้งานระบบจะต้องมีการยืนยันตัวตนของผู้ใช้งานด้วยชื่อผู้ใช้งานและรหัสผ่านระบบสารสนเทศ มีส่วนประกอบสำคัญ ได้แก่ ส่วนการตั้งค่าการจัดการระบบ ส่วนข้อมูลนักเรียน ส่วนการเช็คชื่อนักเรียน และส่วนการรายงานข้อมูล โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความเห็นว่าระบบสารสนเทศมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี และ 2) ผู้บริหาร ครู ผู้ปกครอง และนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดสิงห์มีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบสารสนเทศอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract: The objectives of this research were to develop the quality of the information system via the internet for student counseling and to study the users’ satisfaction with the information system via the internet for student counseling. The sample group comprised the executives, teachers, parents, and students who were studying matthayomsuksa 4, semester 2 year 2018 at Watsing School, Chainat province, numbering 176 persons in total. The research tools comprised the information system via the internet for student counseling, an evaluation form for information system quality, and a questionnaire about satisfaction towards the information system. The statistics used were mean and standard deviation. The research results illustrated that the information system was developed as a web application using PHP and MySQL that linked the executives, teachers, parents, and students together. Authentication with the user name and password was required to access the system. The key components of the system were the system management setting, student information, student attendance, and reports. The experts viewed that the quality of the information system was at a good level. Furthermore, the satisfaction of the executives, teachers, parents, and students at Watsing School towards the information system was at a high level.
