Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาความคิดเห็นและความต้องการพื้นฐานของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ ปีการศึกษา 2555 โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถาม มี 3 ตอน ประกอบด้วย ตอนที่ 1 ข้อมูลเบื้องต้น ได้แก่ เพศ คณะของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 แบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็น แบบเลือกตอบ ตอนที่ 2 ระดับความต้องการเกี่ยวกับความต้องการที่จำเป็นพื้นฐานของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ ด้านกายภาพ เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิต ด้านการให้คำปรึกษาแก่นักศึกษา ด้านข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อนักศึกษาและศิษย์เก่า และด้านการพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักศึกษา วิเคราะห์ หาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างสถิติทดสอบค่าที และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบหาความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ และ ตอนที่ 3 ข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอื่นๆ เกี่ยวกับความต้องการพื้นฐานอื่นๆ เพิ่มเติมของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ ปีการศึกษา 2555 ได้แก่ สังกัดคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ สังกัดคณะครุศาสตร์ สังกัดคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี สังกัดคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม และสังกัดคณะวิทยาการจัดการ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้จำนวน 400 ราย ซึ่งได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาจำนวน 400 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 ของจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ ปีการศึกษา 2555 มีความต้องการที่จำเป็นพื้นฐานโดยเฉลี่ยในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 3.58,S.D. = 0.512) เรียงลำดับดังนี้ นักศึกษาปีที่ 1 มีความต้องการพื้นฐานประเด็นความต้องการที่จำเป็นพื้นฐานของนักศึกษาชั้นที่ 1 ที่จำเป็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ การบริการด้านการพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักศึกษา รองลงมาคือ การบริการแหล่งข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่นักศึกษาและศิษย์เก่า การบริการด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ การบริการด้านการให้คำปรึกษา และการบริการด้านกายภาพเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิต ตามลำดับ 2. นักศึกษาปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎสุรินทร์ ปีการศึกษา 2555 ที่มีเพศแตกต่างกัน มีความต้องการพื้นฐาน โดยเฉลี่ย กลุ่มชายและหญิงในภาพรวมพบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 แสดงว่านักศึกษาที่มีสถานภาพทางเพศ แตกต่างกัน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ซึ่งไม่สอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ 3. นักศึกษาปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ ปีการศึกษา 2555 ที่อยู่กลุ่มคณะมีความต้องการพื้นฐาน แต่ละกลุ่มคณะ แตกต่างกัน สังกัดคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ สังกัดคณะครุศาสตร์ สังกัดคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี สังกัดคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม และสังกัดคณะวิทยาการจัดการ ที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะประเด็นความต้องการเพิ่มเติมอื่นๆ ของนักศึกษา พบว่าต้องการให้นำข้อมูลไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาระบบการให้บริการและระบบติดตามช่วยเหลือนักศึกษารวมถึงประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาสถาบันด้านอื่นๆ ในอนาคต และมีข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติมดังนี้ 1) มีความต้องการห้องเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เพียงพอและทันสมัย ซึ่งคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มีห้องเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน ซึ่งในสาขาวิชาที่เรียนก็มีความต้องการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในแต่ละด้าน เช่น สาขาวิชาศิลปะ เกี่ยวกับการออกแบบกราฟิก สาขาดนตรี สาขาบรรณารักษศาสตร์และสารสนเทศศาสตร์ 2) ควรมีคอมพิวเตอร์ สำหรับการสืบค้นเพราะเวลาที่มีทำการสืบค้นก็ไม่สามารถเข้าห้องคอมพิวเตอร์เพราะอาจารย์สอนอยู่ 3) ควรมีการบูรณะซ่อมแซมอาคารเรียนต่างๆ เพิ่มเติม และมีการจัดห้องเรียนที่สะอาดและทันสมัย 4) ห้องเรียนควรติดเครื่องปรับอากาศ เพราะว่าฤดูร้อน อากาศร้อนมาก ทำให้ไม่มีสมาธิในการเรียน 5) ห้องน้ำ ไม่ค่อยสะอาด ควรปรับปรุง ทำความสะอาดและมีให้เพียงพอ 6 ) ควรมีบริการน้ำดื่มที่เพียงพอ เพราะว่าก๊อกน้ำในโรงอาหารชำรุด ควรมีการซ่อมแซมบำรุงรักษา 7) ควรมีการพัฒนาทัศนียภาพบริเวณมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ ให้สะอาด ให้น่าอยู่ 8) ควรมีสถานที่จอดรถให้เป็นระเบียบ มีระบบความปลอดภัยในการดูแลรถ 9) ทางเดินที่เชื่อมอาคารควรมีร่มกันแดด กันฝน 10) หลังจากที่สอบปลายภาคเสร็จภายในหนึ่งสัปดาห์ สามารถดูผลการเรียนได้ทันท่วงที และ 11) ผลการจากศึกษาความคิดเห็นและความต้องการพื้นฐานของนักศึกษานั้นเป็นข้อมูล ที่สามารถนำเสนอให้มหาวิทยาลัยและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องนำไปปฏิบัติเพื่อ พัฒนาด้านการให้บริการพื้นฐานทั้ง 5 ด้านต่อไปได้ This objective of this research is to study about the opinions and the fundamental needs of the first year of the Surindra Rajabhat University, 2012. Using survey research. Tool a query. There are 3 parts of the questionnaire namely : Part 1 : The basic data such as gender , major subject, and this questionnaire is the Check List. Past 2 : The level of the fundamental needs of the freshmen of the Surindra Rajabhat University of the year 2012. There are 5 topics namely : The facility that supports student learning development. The facility that support the quality of life. The counseling for the students and the alumni. The information that might be profitable for the students and the alumni. The potential development of the students. Then all data will be analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and T-test Independent Samples Test, and One-way Analysis of Variance, and the difference is coupled by means of the freshmen of the Faculty of Humanity and Social Sciences, Surindra Rajabhat University. The questionnaire is Open-end. The population of the freshmen of the who are majoring in Faculty of Humanity and Social Science, Faculty groups. Science and Technology, Technology Industry, Faculty of Education Management Science. There are 400 populations who answer the questionnaire. This is calculated to be 100% of the population. These population are the freshmen of the Surindra Rajabhat University. The Research showed that. 1. Surindra Rajabhat University in Year 1, Research is to study about the opinions and the fundament needs of the freshmen of the Surindra Rajabhat University, 2012. The fundamental needs in general was at the high level (x ̅ = 3.58,S.D. = 0.512) when considered the level of the fundamental needs of the first year students which was the highest that is the need in the service in student potential development, The potential development of the students, The information that might be profitable for the students and the alumni, The facility that supports student learning development, The counseling for the students and the alumni. And the facility that support the quality of life, respectively. 2. Sruindra Rajabhat University students in Year 1, Research is to study about the opinions and the fundament needs of the freshmen of the Surindra Rajabhat University, 2012. With a significant Difference. Difference. Demand basis by men and women as a whole were found. No significant difference of 0.05 Indicates the students with different gender status did not differ significantly, of 0.05, which is consistent with the hypothesis set. 3.
