Abstract:
The purpose of this research is study the level of opinions about Organizational Citizenship Behavior and career path, compare Organizational Citizenship Behavior and career path in each personal fundamentals and Study of Organizational Citizenship Behavior Affecting Career Advancement of employees of CC Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd. This research is quantitative research by collecting samples data from the support employees of CC Securities (Thailand) Company Limited, 120 persons using questionnaires as a tool for data collection. The statistics used for analysis were frequency, means, percentage, and Regression Analysis. The study found that Organizational Citizenship Behavior 5 side including Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, Courtesy and Civic Virtue of Behavior Affecting Career Advancement with statistical significance at 0.05 level with the multiple correlation coefficient square equal to 51.12 percent. The organizational citizenship behavior which has the highest relationship with the career advancement the employees is the behavior of courtesy behavior. The second is sport behavior and altruism behavior respectively.
