The effect of School-Based Management on Academic performance and The efficiency of teachers in the municipal School of Changmai Provincial Administration Organization
Abstract:
This quantitative research had objective in search a level and correlation between school-based management and academic administration with questionnaire. by literature review in questionnaire development and item-objective congruence and reliability to test and found IOC more than .80 and .98 alpha. Researcher use frequency, percent, standard deviation and coefficient correlation to data analysis in 149 sample of administration of Changmai provincial Administration organization and found more level of school-based management and academic administration of domain variable and factor of school-based management include decentralization, participation, self-management, support leadership and system development, While, academic administration had five factor include learning management, quality assurance, evaluation and assessment, curriculum development and teaching media, it mean of more level. However, Both domain variable had more positive correlation with .76 and .01 significant. therefore, administrator and teacher of Changmai provincial Administration organization can take a results for policy and action plan setting to serve a academic administration of efficiency.
