Abstract:
This research is aimed to analysis of the relationship betweenmoral of private school administrators in managing 21st century education by literature review in 56 questionnaire used to collect information from director, Teachers inprivate school administrators in 302sample and development and item-objective congruence andreliability to test and found IOC more than .60 and .96 alpha.Result of research found that the moral of private school administrators in managing 21st century education.had more positive correlation with .01 Especially the virtue of wisdom and honesty affect linear relationships with key components of managing 21st century education.However, The compare the moral of private school administrators according to managing 21st century education with different curriculum development and management, educational leadership, management development, development environment and teacher development and Teamfocus on life skills and occupation or learning skills and knowledge production.
