Abstract:
The main purposes for undertaking this research study were, namely: to develop the computer
instruction package of using package for multimedia; to evaluate the package's effectiveness,
learning achievement, learner's satisfaction towards the package. The research study was carried
out using the following tools 1) the computer instruction package of using package for multimedia
2) learning achievement tests 3) multimedia quality evaluation form 4) leamer's satisfaction
questionnaire. The research study employed 30 students of Higher Vocational Certificate who did
not pass the examination of the using package for multimedia as sample group. After its study, the
result demonstrated that the developed package had an effectiveness average score of 80.31/90.22
which is higher than designated criterion (80/80). After analyzing the pre-learning test and post
learning test scores to find learning effectiveness, the result showed that the effectiveness of posttest
(Eposl) and effectiveness of pre-test (Epre) have their effectiveness scores of 90.22 and 25.39
respectively. Summarily, the developed computer instruction package helps enable learners achieve
learning effectiveness at the scores of 64.83 as of the designated criterion which is 60. The user
satisfaction towards the instruction package had an average score of 4.27 and is considered a good
level as well.
