Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the participative management in academic task of teachers in basic education institutions under Suphan Buri Primary Education Service Area Offices 2. 2) compare the participative management in academic task of teachers in basic education institutions under Suphan Buri Primary Education Service Area Offices 2. Representative sample groups were 86 schools which consisted of the administrators and the teachers in Academic department by purposive sampling for the administrators in each school and simple random sampling for the teachers which were calculated by the population were 293 teachers. Data was gathered by questionnaires about Participative Management of Cohen and Uphoff and analyzed by descriptive statistic methods consisting of frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation Data was quantitatively analyzed for hypothesis tests which were One way ANOVA and LSD.
The study could be concluded as follows 1) the participative management in academic task of teachers in basic education institutions under Suphan Buri Primary Education Service Area Offices 2 were of a high level in overall, participation in involvement benefits, participation in evaluation, participation in decision and participation in operation. 2) comparative results in the participative management in academic task of teacher in basic education institutions under Suphan Buri Primary Education Service Area Offices 2 found statistically significant differences at level 0.05 among the teachers with different educational background, work positions and working experiences.
