Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study the educational management conditions of the Center for Child development under sub district administration organization in SISAKET province, and compare of the educational management conditions of the Center for Child development under sub district administration organization in SISAKET province, classified by position, working experience and educational level .The samples group was 327of personnel child development center in Center for Child development under sub district administration organization in SISAKET province. The research tools were five rating scales. Data was analyzed to find the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Independent t-test. The results revealed that: 1. The study management condition of the Childrens Development Center under sub district administration organization in SISAKET province, were overall in high level, while consideration in each aspect the study found that all aspects were also in high level.
2. Comparative analysis of the study management conditions of the Center for Child Development. Position, working experience, and education level had no influence on the personnel in the child development center.
