Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทักษะช่างตามความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ ในเขตจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พร้อมทั้งวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างองค์ประกอบลักษณะทักษะช่าง ทั้งนี้โดยผู้วิจัยได้รวบรวมวรรณกรรมแล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์ตัวแปรสำหรับนำมาพัฒนาเป็นแบบสอบถามจำนวน 20 ข้อแล้วนำไปตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือ ก่อนนำไปรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเจ้าของสถานประกอบการในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษจำนวน 362 คนมาวิเคราะห์ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบ t-test F-test และวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของ Pearson ผลวิจัยพบว่า ทักษะช่างตามความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ ในเขตจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมากทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน ยกเว้น ด้านนิสัยช่างมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง รวมถึงมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประเภทของสถานประกอบการ จำนวนลูกจ้าง ประสบการณ์ในการประกอบการ นักศึกษาสำเร็จการศึกษาและการจัดการศึกษาของวิทยาลัย ส่วนผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์นั้นพบว่า องค์ประกอบทักษะช่างมีความสัมพันธ์ไปในทิศทางเดียวกันระดับน้อยถึงปานกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนการนำไปใช้นั้นแนะนำให้จัดกิจกรรม หรือโครงการที่เป็นการส่งเสริมนิสัยช่างของนักศึกษา

Abstract: The objective of this research is to study the characteristics of mechanic skills according to the needs of the workplace. In the area of Sisaket Province and compare differences of averages classified by personal factors including analyzing the relationships between the components, characteristics, mechanic skills. The researcher has compiled literature and analyzed the variables for development into a questionnaire consisting of 20 items and then check the quality of the tools. Before collecting data from 362 entrepreneurs in Sisaket province to analyze frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test. Pearson correlation and analysis of the results showed that skilled technicians to meet the needs of enterprises. In the province of Sisaket. The average level in both the overall and the tendency to exclude the averages are moderate. There is a different level of statistical significance. 05. Classified by gender, age, education level type of establishment number of employees experience in operation graduate student and the educational management of the college as for the analysis of the relationship, it was found that the skill composition of the mechanic was related in the same direction at the low to moderate level with statistical significance at the level of .01. or projects that promote the mechanic's habits of students.
