Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to study the components of educational leadership that affect the working motivation of personnel in vocational college, Sisaket Province. The 135 respondents have been used. The results were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-Test and correlation coefficient. The mean of educational leadership and its components affectedon working motivation of personnel at high level. The mean comparative of educational leadership and working motivation of personal generated indifferently and significantly at 0.5. The components of educational leadership such as education mission, related moderately and significantly in the same direction with teacher professional development at .01 and r= .638. It also related lower level with learning process development and supervision and evaluation, r= .444, .464 respectively. Besides, it still contributed significantly no relationship with working motivation of personal.
