Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the administrative skills level of the administrators of technical colleges and vocational. The Northeastern Vocational Institute 4, and the comparison of the mean differences classified by personal factors by using 20 questionnaires that have been developed and quality checked to collect data from the director, supervisors and professors of the College of 295 people.
Analyze the results by statistical analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and testing the difference of the average t-test F-test and found that the administrative skills of the technical college administrators and vocational. The northeastern vocational institute group 4 has a high level of average in both overall and each aspect including found that there are statistically significant differences at the .05 level. Classified by monthly income and comments about communication with these findings, directors, deputy supervisors, supervisors and professors can be used to formulate topics of developing their own management skills that focus on communication especially focusing on the needs individually.
