Abstract:
The main purposes of this study To develop a management model for early childhood learning, innovation and research systems with the mentor. To enhance cognition in creative problem solving for students in Rajabhat university. And for a specific purpose to. 1) Study of the Development of the innovation learning management styles of early childhood and research systems with the mentor. Rajabhat University Student 2) Create and find the quality of the innovation learning management styles of early childhood and research systems with the mentor. Rajabhat University Student 3) To experiment and study the effects of the innovation learning management styles of early childhood and research systems with the mentor. Enhancing cognition in creative problem solving for Rajabhat University Student 4) To assess satisfaction of using the management styles of the innovation learning of early childhood and research systems with the mentor. The research and development model consists of 4 steps as follows: Steps 1: Study of the Development of the innovation learning management styles of early childhood and research systems with the mentor Steps 2: Create and find the quality of the learning management styles , Create a Manual use the of learning management styles. The instrument used to collect data. cognition test in creative problem solving, A sample is Rajabhat University Student , Department of Early Childhood Education , 4th year, Faculty of Education , Phetchabun Rajabhat University, 30 people Steps 3: Trial and study the effect of using learning management styles that enhances cognition in creative problem solving. The researcher conducted this study by using One-Group Pretest Posttest Design. A sample is Rajabhat University Student , Department of Early Childhood Education , 4th year, Faculty of Education , Phetchabun Rajabhat University, Using simple random sampling 30 people. Steps 4: Evaluation of learning management of Rajabhat University students. Using evaluation of inputs, processes and outputs. Using t-statistic, t-dependent and percentage.
The finding of this research found.
1) Development of cognition in creative problem solving of learning management that must be strengthened for students have 4 sides: Sides 1: Problem awareness ,Sides 2: Planning solutions , Sides 3:Practical solution and Sides 4: Examination results of problem solving and guidelines for the development learning management model of early childhood innovation by research process and mentor system for Rajabhat University Student. Consists of 8 steps: Steps 1:Activate Prior Knoeledge, Steps 2: Learning from Learning Resources. ,Steps 3:Targeting, Steps 4: Planning learning, Steps 5: Action Learning , Steps 6: Expanding cooperation , Steps 7: Summary knowledge , Steps 8: Knowledge Sharing.
