Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to develop and evaluate the model of development education management by remote media via satellite in the small schools to achieve the school effectively. The sample group included 468 participants from 234 schools under Inspection Zone 13which covered 3 provinces, Ubon Ratchathani, Sisaket, and Amnat Charoen. The target group is studying the information and in-depth interviewing included administrators and teachers who were responsible for school project on the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy implementation with a total of 6 participants from 3 schools. The model developed was verified for the appropriateness and possibility on the model format and manual by 15 experts. The target group using for the model evaluation on the aspect of appropriateness, possibility, and usefulness included 21 participants. The totals of participants of this research were510. Research instruments used were questionnaire, in-depth interview form, and model evaluation forms on appropriateness, possibility, and usefulness. Statistical analysis included percentage, means, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The research findings were as follows: The model of sufficient administration for schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission to achieve the best practice as school sufficiency economy consisted of 6 elements, including 1) basic operations, policies and plans, human development, and supervision, 2)administrators, management, leadership, 3) teachers, curriculum education, and self- development of teachers,4) students, desirable characteristics, analytical thinking skills, and Knowledge skills, 5) communities and participation, cooperation network, and community participation, 6) outcome. Publish the work, and organize a forum to exchange knowledge. The overall result on the model evaluation of appropriateness, possibility, and usefulness indicated at the highest level.
