Abstract:
New-aged teachers in the 21st century should have their teaching process to manage learning methods for learners. The methods should be appropriate and natural which can be in accordance with learning objectives and learners nature. The learning and teaching methods should also be arranged in accordance with various situations so that they can be most effective for learners and this can be inferred to the English words: The best teacher is the best manager. One teaching process that can help developing learners to be perfect humans and can help reinforcing learners necessary skills for the 21st century is the Active Learning. This method contains learning activities that provide chances for learners to listen, speak, read, write and express their opinion while they are doing activities. The method can be done at the same time of advance thinking process and learners can be lively and active Base on the Educational Philosophy and Active Learning and learning theory. Also the learning and teaching innovation is used as the main factor for designing active learning and this will help teachers, related teacher teams and school administrative to gain chances in making community of career learning or PLC through Lesson Study. Meanwhile, lessons can be developed with co-ordination method to become reinforcing learning capacity of learners in accordance with the CCPR characteristic that emphasizes critical mind, creative mind, productive mind and responsible mind in various subjects practiced by teachers with effectiveness and capacity.
