Abstract:
The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the problems in organizing education enhancing productive citizen skills for creative competition of Cambodian students in higher education. 2) to create and develop a model for development of productive citizen skills for creative competition of Cambodian students in higher education. And 3) to propose a model for development of productive citizen skills for creative competition of Cambodian students in higher education. The population of the research were administrators, instructors of Royal University of Phnom Penh or RUPP, and students of English program 431 persons who studying with Royal University of Phnom Penh in Phnom Penh City, Cambodia of study year 2019. The sample of the research were administrators 3 persons, instructors 6 persons chosen in purposive sampling, and students of English program 108 persons were chosen 25% from 431 persons. This research is a survey research using mixed method research which had tools research were structured interview with administrators and instructors and questionnaire with students,Thai quality assessment toolsfromprofessionals and experts 5 persons, and the language accuracy assessment tool in translating form Cambodian to Thai and the answer from Cambodian to Thai were the expert from Cambodian 1 personand Thai 1 person. Data analysis with statistics such as frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Correlation Analysis.
The research results were administrators, instructors and students met problems found together and different problems according to the position, and total and summarize the findings of the research and create the model which appropriate bypresenting the study management model as CCPR + TAW (Creative Mind; Critical Mind; Productive Mind; Responsible Mind; Training; Academic; Workshop).
