Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to; 1) To study the situation of the strategic development and learning organization to support quality of students in Sports Schools under the Institute of Physical Education 2) To study the relationship factors associated with the strategic development and learning organization to promote quality of students in Sports Schools 3) To propose the guideline for developing the strategic development and learning organization to promote quality of students in Sports Schools. The sample groups consisted of the 569 Sports Schools under the Institute of Physical Education and the informants are school directors, general teachers, sports teachers and staff member in Sports School under the Institute of Physical Education. The research instrument is five-rating scale questionnaires with reliability of 0.98 and index of item-objective congruence (IOC) between 0.90 -1.00. The statistical data analysis was conducted by means of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis.
The findings were as follows; the situation of the strategic development and learning organization to promote quality of students in Sports Schools has three main components of the strategic development was overall at a high level ( = 3.96). Learning organization : overall at a high level ( = 3.99)..and students quality overall at a high level ( = 3.93). There are elements that have to perform at a high level on all sides. The relationships of these three variables were found; correlated positively the level of statistical significance .01. Guidelines for the strategic development and learning organization to promote quality of students in Sports Schools: strategic development and learning organization correlated with the quality of students in Sports School to the same direction. The opinions of experts about guidelines for the strategic development and learning organization to promote quality of students in Sports Schools found that the experts all agree, and that there is a possibility of leading to the actual implementation in Sports Schools.
