Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study the Sufficiency causal factors of Junior High School Students and to examine the administrative model for the development of Sufficiency apply to Junior High School Students under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The research methodology was a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods. The samples were 500 junior high school students in schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, using multi-stage sampling. The research instruments were set of 11 questionnaires mostly were summate rating scale with the reliability were between .731-.899. The descriptive and inferential statistic were used to analyze the collected data. The inferential statistic used to test the hypothesis were Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Path Analysis. The research findings were 1) The group of Social Situation variables could explain Sufficient-Psycho for 20.7%, Sufficient Behavior were between 12.1-15.5% which less than 25%. 2) The group of Psycho-Trait variables or Psycho-Situation variables could explain Sufficient-Psycho much more than explain only by the Social Situation variables for 14.5 to 18.9% could add to explain Sufficiency Behavior for 7.4 to 22.5% (higher than 5% in all cases) 3) At risk group of students needed urgent attention were male students, grade 2 students and students were born in Bangkok. There were different important protection factors for between At risk groups. 4) The Sufficiency Development Model was found that the model fit at good level. All of the causal variables could explain variance of Sufficiency Behavior of Junior High School students under Bangkok Metropolitan for 65%. 5) The Administrative Model for the development of the sufficiency of Junior High School Students under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration as assess by the experts was practical. Average rating for aspects were 90.00 to 92.14, while the average of total was 90.89% (criteria 70/75%). The Research results lead to the practical applications and inspired of new research topics in the future.
