Abstract:
The action of politics, economic, society, and the international relationship were studied during the Thai Parliament under F.M. Sarit Thanarat in the period of 1957-1963. The results showed that, during this period, the council of constitution all came from the appointment of the executive part. From thai condition to make the council worked under the executive part. The sixty laws were enacted at that time which were approximately 2 fold when compared with the first period (1957-1958). The process for making of laws was not austere and passed ery fast, such as the Act of the forest preservation in the year 1964. In the first year of this age (1957), the special Act for corruption was anacted to subdue the wrong politician and government officers behaviors. The legislativ epart and the executive part were absolutely discriminated. The House of Representatives were not forbidden to be a Prime Minister. The 43 laws were enacted about the government execution and created the Prime Minister as a head of the execution part. The 68 financial laws were enacted and also mainly about to increase the tax. Many of councils were created such as the council of economic development which created the firat economic and social development plan, the council of education and research, and especially the Act of the forest conservation in the year 1964 to conserve 50% of the total forest left. From the overall execution in this period, we can conclude that all the laws, which enacted, were mainly response to the government section, but not for the people need.
