Abstract:
The purposes of this mixed methods research were: 1) To study level of knowledge on the King Science of informal teachers for community work at the Office Non-formal and Informal Education, Eastern region. 2) To study the implementations of the king's philosophy of informal teachers for community work at the Office Non-formal and Informal Education, Eastern region. 3) To compare the king's philosophy knowledge level of the Informal teachers classified by demographic data. 4) To compare the implementations of the science of the king of the informal teachers classified by demographic data. 5) To identify guideline to promote the kings philosophy for community work at the office of Non Formal and Informal Education in the Eastern, region.
The research findings were as follow:
1. The knowledge level of informal teacher for community work at the Office Non-formal and Informal Education. was at high level ( = 4.01), ranging from the sufficiency economy Philosophy
( = 4.32) Knowledge level on moderation ( = 4.27) and knowledge level on honesty and sincere
( = 4.25), respectively.
2. The implementations of the science of the king for informal teachers for community work of
the Office Non-formal and Informal Education in overall was at the high level ( = 4.02) ranging from implementations of sufficiency economy Philosophy ( = 4.33) the implementations of ranging from
( = 4.29), respectively.
3. The knowledge level of the informal teacher as classified by gender, work experience and education level were not significant different.
4. The implementations of the science of the king of the informal teachers classified by gender, education level, and work experience were not significant different.
5. The guideline to promote the king's philosophy for community work at the Office of Non-formal and Informal education Eastern, were in line with PDCA process which is important for community work.
