Abstract:
The reserch objectives were to study health knowledge, health practice, and their relationship, according to basic minimum need of the housewives in Changwat Pattani, Yala, and Narathives. It was found that 1. The housewives had insufficient knowledge on immunization, partum and post partum care, and on participation in Drug Coorperative Fund. 2. Health practices of the housewives were below the criteria of health development goal set by The National Rural Development Committee, except health practice on nutritional surveillance of pregnant wemen. 3. There were positive relationship between knowledge and practice on envinronmental health and sanitation, immunization, receiving of health information, prenatal care, and being member of Drug Coorperative Fund.
