Abstract:
The purposes of this research were (1) to study administration of educational institutes (2) to study effectiveness of educational institutes (3) to compare administration of educational institutes (4) to compare effectiveness educational of institutes (5) to study the relationship between administration of educational institutes and effectiveness educational institutes and (6) to give suggestions on guide lines for administration of educational institutes. Group the respondents in the study sample are 351 personal working for educational institutes of Primary Educational Service, Pattani Province, 2015 academic year. A tool used in this research is a questionnaire with reliability of .95. Statistics used in this research are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffes Method and Correlation Coefficient.
The results of the research are as follows .
1. The level of administration of educational institutes of Primary Educational Service, Pattani Province is high level.
2. The level of effectiveness of educational institutes of Primary Educational Service, Pattani Province is high level.
3. When compareing administration of educational institutes, it is found that gender, education and working experience are not significantly different overall. However, working experience is found different at statistically significant level of .05.
4. When compareing effectiveness of educational institutes, it is found that gender, education and working experience are not significantly different overall. However, working experience is found different at statistically significant level of .05.
5. The positive relationship between administration of educational institutes and Effectiveness of Educational institutes of Primary Educational Service, Pattani Province is high at the statistical significant level of .01.
6. The suggestions are as follows : Supervision of educational institutes should be regularly held. Authentic evalution should be provided. Budget plans should be initiated and the finance officer should be provided to run this plan. Teachers should be assigned to teach their majors. Each school should be provide at least one administration officer and schools information should be updates.
