Abstract:
The objectives of this independent study were (1) to study the level of the creative leadership of school administrators in the Ruangwit Network Center under Yala Primary Educational Area Office 1, (2) to compare the level of the creative leadership of school administrators in the Ruangwit Network Center under Yala Primary Educational Area Office 1 classified by variant of gender, working experience and the size of schools, and 3) to gather suggestions of the creative leadership of school administrators in the Ruangwit Network Center under Yala Primary Educational Area Office 1. The samples were 115 teachers from the Ruangwit Network Center under Yala Primary Educational Area Office 1. The tool used in the independent study was questionnaire. The package program was employed for data analysis. And statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and f-test. Moreover, the Scheffes Method was utilized when the results were different.
The results were as follows:
1. The overall of level of the creative leadership of school administrators in the Ruangwit Network Center under Yala Primary Educational Area Office 1 was at a medium level.
2. The overall and individual aspects of comparative results of the creative leadership of school administrators in the Ruangwit Network Center under Yala Primary Educational Area Office 1 classified by variants of gender, working experience and size of school were not different.
3. In the case of the suggestions of the creative leadership of school administrators in the Ruangwit Network Center under Yala Primary Educational Area Office 1, the administrators should introduce innovation and technology into school administration. They should support comprehension, relationship, and cooperation among officials. Moreover, they should have techniques and reasons for solving some arguments and problems which is acceptable by the staff.
