Behaviors in Academic Administration of School Administrators Perceived by Teachers in Srisakorn District under The Office of Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area 1
Abstract:
This independent study aimed (1) to study the level of behaviors in academic administration of school administrators perceived by teachers in Srisakorn district under The Office of Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area 1 and (2) to compare the behaviors in academic administration of school administrators perceived by teachers in Srisakorn district under The Office of Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area 1 classified by school sizes and work experience.
The sample groups were 136 teachers in Srisakorn district under jurisdiction of The Office of Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area 1. The tools used in collecting data were 2 parts of questionnaires. Data analysis was processed through ready-made program. Statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and f-test. If in case the difference was found, the Sheffe's Method would be brought into account.
The study results were as follow:
1. Overall views of the levels of behaviors in academic administration of school administrators perceived by in Srisakorn district under The Office of Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area 1 are high.
2. The comparative outcome in levels of behaviors in academic administration of school administrators perceived by teachers in in Srisakorn district under The Office of Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area 1, according to variable of school sizes were different in overall view.
3. The comparison between the behaviors of academic administration of school administrators as perceived by the teachers in Srisakorn district under The Office of Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area1 which categorizes by variables of work experience, found that the overall was no difference.
