Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ศึกษาการจัดการศึกษาของรัฐไทยในมณฑลปัตตานีตั้งแต่สมัยพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวรัชกาลที่ 5 (พ.ศ. 2411-พ.ศ. 2453) ถึง พ.ศ. 2510 โดย ในปีพ.ศ. 2435 เป็นปีที่รัฐไทยปฏิรูปการปกครองโดยจัดตั้งมณฑลเทศาภิบาลเพื่อรับคำสั่งนโยบายโดยตรงจากกรุงเทพ โดยหลงจากนั้นมีการวางนโยบายจดการการศึกษาในมณฑลปัตตานี โดยศึกษาวาทกรรมีนโยบายการศึกษาของรัฐไทยที่มีต่อชาวมลายูในมณฑลปัตตานี จากการวิเคราะห์โดยการประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดวาทกรรม คือการเกิดขึ้นของนโยบายต่าง ๆ ด้านการศึกษาที่รัฐไทยส่งไปตั้งแต่รัชกาลที่ 5 เป็นชุดคำสั่งที่ส่งผลทางความคิดและการปฏิบัติ เพื่อให้คนในพื้นที่ยอมรับและปฏิบัติตาม โดยเฉพาะชาวมลายูมุสลิมที่เป็นคนส่วนใหญ่ในพื้นที่ก็มีทั้งยอมรับต่อต้านในนโยบายที่รัฐไทยพยายามดำเนินการในพื้นที่นอกจากนี้พบว่า รัฐบาลไทยในแต่ละชุดมีวิธีการทำงานที่แตกต่างกันบางช่วงใช้การบังคับ ทำให้เกิดการต่อสู้ทางความคิดมากมายวาทกรรมทางศึกษาของรัฐไทยก็โดนต่อต้านในบางช่วงเวลากเป็นไปตามแนวคิดที่มิเชล ฟูโกต์ที่ว่าอำนาจและวาทกรรมการต่อสู้ตลอดเวลา ไม่มีอำนาจใดที่ถาวร จากการวิเคราะห์สรุปว่า ผลกระทบของวาทกรรมทางการศึกษาที่รัฐไทยส่งลงไปทำให้เกิดความเปลี่ยนแปลงทางด้านวิถีชีวิตวัฒนธรรมของชาวมลายูมุสลิมเป็นอย่างมาก และส่งผลให้เกิดการต่อต้านจากคนในพื้นที่โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มขบวนการแบ่งแยกดินแดนชาวมลายูมุสลิมหลายขบวนการในพื้นที่

Abstract: This research study of the state of education in the district, Pattani, Thailand since the reign of King Rama V and King Rama 5 (2411- 2453 BC) up to 2510 by the end of May. Prof. Thailand 2435 is the year of the reform by establishing monthon ordered to policies directly from Bangkok. By then, the policy management education in Pattani province. The discourse of education policy of the state in Thailand on the Malay Pattani province. The analysis by applying the concept of discourse is the emergence of the state policy in the field of education from Thailand to King 5 is a set of instructions that result in the conception and execution. The local people accept and follow. Especially the Malay Muslim majority areas. It has also established a policy against the state trying to put Thailand in the area. Mixed in with the Government of Thailand, each with a different way of working. Some of the force causes a struggle many ideas. Discourse Studies at the State against Thailand was also hit in some time. It is based on the concept of Michel Foucault and discourse that the directors have no power to fight all the time, forever. The analysis concluded that the impact of the educational discourse of Thailand sent down to cause a change in lifestyle. Muslim culture is huge. And the resulting resistance from the people in a particular area. The secessionist movement Malay Muslim movement in the area.
