Abstract:
This research aimed to study an educational management model under Sub-district Administrative Organization at Bang Buathong district in the next decade. Qualitative research was used the samples of school administrators, school board, teachers and parents of students in schools of Administrative Organization at Bang Buathong district, amount 20 persons. Quantitative research was used the samples in the same group as the qualitative research, 362 persons by a questionnaire. It has classified 4 categories: the quality development of the learning process, improving the quality of teacher, the development of school quality, and the quality of administration. The statistical analysis had to perform by average and Standard Deviation.
The result of the research found that 4 factors: 1) the quality development of the learning process aimed to improve the quality of life in social, 2) improving the quality of teacher aimed to learning and self improvement of them, 3) the development of school quality aimed to improve both of knowledge and EQ improvement, and 4) the quality of administration aimed to have participation of all departments, have related to an education management model for the Sub-district Administrative Organization at Bang Buathong district in the next decade at .05 level of significance. The developed educational management model for the Sub-district Administrative Organization at Bang Buathong in the next decade is suitable and feasible.
