The development of assistive training package: squad maneuvers (bounding metthods) for New Recruit Training Unit in 7th Antiaircraft Artillery Battalion
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) To develop the Assistive Training package on Squad Maneuvers (Bounding Methods) for New Recruit Training Unit In 7th Antiaircraft Artillery Battalion to be effective according to E1/E2 = 80/80 enteria. 2) To compare the scores of pretest and scores of posttest after using an assistive train package: squad maneuvers (bounding methods)
for new recruit training unit in 7th antiaircraft artillery battalion. The sample group were new recruit solders, second rotation 2559 B.E. from the new recruit unit in 7th antiaircraft artillery battalion that have not received bounding methods for squad maneuvers. This study has selected 30 solders by stratified random sampling according to the level of education. The instruments used were 1) The assistive training package on squad maneuvers (bounding methods)
2) The instruments of validation of efficiency the pretest and posttest. 3) The instruments to evaluate the quality of the training package, the media quality assessment and the assessment content.
The statistics for data analysis were average, standard deviation, mean of E1/E1 and t-test Dependent
The research results were as follows 1) The efficiency of The assistive training package was E1/E1 = 85.67/84.67 which met the target standard (E1/E1 = 80/80) 2) The difference of pretest and posttest score was statistically significant at .01 level
