Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to analyze and to describe the major factors that affected Learning Organization of administrators and teachers at Ministry of Education. The sample chosen for this study were 705 administrators and 302 teachers for factor analysis of administrators learning organization. The instrument used for data collection were 7 rating scales. The data were analyzed by using mean (X), Standard Deviation (S.D.),and Analysis of Factors by Principal Component Analysis technique:PCA, orthogonal rotation axis by Varimax Method. The results of the study were as follows: (1) The mean (X) of 89 factors that affected Learning Organization of administrators and teachers at Ministry of Education were 5.63-6.56 and 1.09-1.67 which were high to highest level. (2) There were 6 major factors that affected Learning Organization of administrators and teachers at Minidtry of Education as follows: 1. Team Learning, 2. Personal Mastery, 3. Systems Thinking, 4. Mental Model, 5. Creative and Critical Thinking, and 6. Shared Vision. These factors could be explained form 67.569% of the total variance. A study of Correlation Coefficient between 6 factors and 89 variables was 0.448-0.770 and Correlation Coefficient between 6 factors with that a Learning Organization was 0.465-0.884, which was in high level. Correlation Coefficient within the 6 internal was 0.005-0.096, which was in low level. The regression or predicting that affected a learning organization was
