Abstract:
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the Mathayonsuksa 3 student,s attitude towards fruit gardening occupation in the Eastern Part of Thailand. 2) To enhance towards
the attitude fruit gardening occupation for Mathayonsuksa 3 students. The sample composed of 384 Mathayonsuksa 3 students in fruit gardening occupation families. The instruments used were questionnaire and semi-structure interview guideline. The data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. Experimental group were 15 students and control group were 15 students. The instruments used were 6 activities enhancing the attitude towards fruit gardening occupation for secondary students and questionnaire. The data analized by Mann- Witney U-test and content analysis.
The research finding were as follows:
1. The Mathayonsuksa 3 student ,s attitude towards fruit gardening occupation in overall was high level, by aspects consisstensive were career relationship, career satisfaction, career role model were in high level and the last was career security in middle level.
2. The enhancing attitude towards fruit gardening occupation for Mathayonsuksa
3 student were:
2.1 The activities to enhance Mathayonsuksa 3 students attitude towards fruit gardening occupation in 4 aspects; career security, career satisfaction, career role model and career relationship. The activities had 4 models; school-based activities, home-based activities, entrepreneurial-base activities and local-based activities. The activities learning attitude have 4 prosesses: learning to knowledge, learning to awareness, learning to values and benefits and learning by doing.
2.2 Comparing between experimental group and control group were sigfinigante
difference at .01. The result of content analysis were:
Career security dimension; student ,s attitude are enhance incomes, about food
Utilized environment, owner land and turism.
Career satisfaction dimension; student ,s attitude were more in satisfaction of high incomes, way of life and satisfaction of used new knowledge and technology for were comfortable occupation.
Career relationship dimension; students attitude were more in the relationship with occupational group help more knowledge, more thinking and help together in career groups and working in fruit gardening occupation with parent help family relationship were higher.
