Abstract: การศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตาม เพศ การศึกษา และประสบการณ์สอน และศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะสมรรถนะของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครู จำนวน 320 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) สมรรถนะของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) การเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะหลักของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศในภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตที่ระดับ .01 (3) การเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะประจำสายงานของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตที่ระดับ .01 (4) การเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะหลักของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตที่ระดับ .01 (5) การเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะประจำสายงานของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาเชียงรายเขต 2 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตที่ ระดับ .01 (6) การเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะหลักของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์สอนโดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำนวน 2 คู่ และแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จำนวน 4 คู่ (7) การเปรียบเทียบ สมรรถนะประจำสายงานของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์สอน โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน (8) ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 คือ ด้านมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์การปฏิบัติงาน การสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจแก่คณะครูในกลุ่มที่ปฏิบัติงานดี ด้านการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน การอบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม การวางแผนการทำงานร่วมกัน และด้านการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ และการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียน การใช้เทคนิควิธีการที่หลากหลายในการตรวจสอบการประเมินให้เกียรติแก่ผู้อื่น

Abstract: Independent study this time. The objective is to study. study of teacher performance in Chiangrai Primary Education Office Area 2. Sample group of 320 teachers. Research tools is Online questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation and Oneway analysis of variance.
