Abstract:
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาชุมชนกลุ่มอาชีพทอผ้าไหมยกทองโบราณจันทรโสมา ตำบลท่าสว่าง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุรินทร์ และ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการเรียนรู้สู่ความเป็นเลิศด้านการบริหารจัดการของกลุ่มทอผ้าไหมยกทองโบราณจันทรโสมา ผู้ให้ข้อมูลรวมทั้งสิ้น 12 คน มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลชุมชนของกลุ่มทอผ้าไหมยกทองโบราณจันทรโสมา จำนวน 2 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลด้านการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มอาชีพ จำนวน 10 คน ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง เป็นเครื่องมือในการศึกษา ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. ชุมชนของกลุ่มอาชีพทอผ้าไหมยกทองโบราณจันทรโสมา ตั้งอยู่ที่หมู่บ้านท่าสว่าง ตำบลท่าสว่าง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุรินทร์ มีประวัติความเป็นมา และมีการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาเกี่ยวกับการทอผ้าไหม โดยผ่านการเรียนรู้จากรุ่นสู่รุ่น ด้วยการปฏิบัติและประสบการณ์จริง ด้วยความคิดสร้างสรรค์และการศึกษาเพิ่มเติมของ อาจารย์วีรธรรม ตระกูลเงินไทย จนเกิดเป็นกลุ่มอาชีพทอผ้าไหมจันทรโสมาที่มีชื่อเสียง
2. แนวทางการเรียนรู้สู่ความเป็นเลิศด้านการบริหารจัดการของกลุ่มทอผ้าไหมยกทองโบราณจันทรโสมา แบ่งการบริหารจัดการออกเป็น 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการบริหารกำลังคน สนับสนุนให้คนรุ่นหลังได้เล็งเห็นความสำคัญของงานศิลปหัตถกรรมพื้นบ้าน และแบ่งหน้าที่ให้กับสมาชิกภายในกลุ่มอย่างชัดเจน พัฒนาตนเองและกลุ่มอยู่เสมอ มีผลงานที่โดดเด่นเป็นที่ยอมรับอย่างแพร่หลาย สร้างชื่อเสียงให้กับชุมชน 2) ด้านการบริหารการเงิน มีการบริหารจัดการอย่างเป็นระบบ มีเงินทุนหมุนเวียนสำหรับการบริหารจัดการ พร้อมทั้งแหล่งเงินทุนสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐและเอกชน ผลงานที่ได้มีคุณภาพคุ้มค่ากับราคา เป็นที่รู้จักอย่างแพร่หลาย กระจายรายได้ให้กับชุมชนและกลุ่มอาชีพอื่นๆ 3) ด้านการบริหารวัสดุ ในการทำงาน ผ้าไหมยกทองแต่ละผืน ใช้วัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่มีคุณภาพ ราคาแพง และหาได้ยาก เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้มีความพิเศษ แปลกใหม่ มีการบริหารจัดการดูแลวางแผนคำนวณปริมาณวัตถุดิบเพื่อให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งานอยู่เสมอ และ 4) ด้านการบริหารควบคุมเพื่อให้งานมีประสิทธิภาพ ประธานกลุ่มเป็นผู้มีความรู้ความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการ มีภาวะผู้นำ ดูแลสมาชิกในกลุ่มอย่างคนในครอบครัว กำหนดกฎระเบียบข้อตกลงเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติ และอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างมีความสุข เกิดเป็นกลุ่มที่เข้มแข็ง และมีความเป็นเลิศในทุกด้าน
ABSTRACT
This study had the purpose to study community of weaving group regarding to ancient gold silk, Chansoma, and to study excellent learning guideline regarding to administration management of weaving group regarding to ancient gold silk, Chansomd. Sample sizes were twelve people, including: two people who gave the information about the context of community, and ten people being the member of the weaving group who gave the administration management information. Research instrument was the structure interview questionnaire use in order to investigate, analyse, and synthesize the data using qualitative methodology.
The results are as follows.
1. The community of weaving group regarding to ancient gold silk, Chansoma, has the history of local wisdom relaxting to the ancient gold silk learning to the several generations. They practice and learn from real life experience, and develop the family weaving occupation. They learn and design from Ajarn Wiratham Trakoon-ngern-thai, expert chairman group. Then, they are the famous weaving group, Chansoma.
2. Excellent learning guideline regarding to administration management of ancient gold silk weaving group, Chansoma. The members of group have learned and practiced by real life experience. The administration management is divided into four aspects as the followings. 1) Personal administration, there should be the promotion of young generation in order have to awareness of folk arts and crafts. The member duty is arranged clearly. Their products are outstanding and famous. 2) Budget administration management, they always develop themselves to be trust by customers. They have budget resource supporting. So, their products are valuable of prize, and increase the budget. The member and the other groups have a good income. 3) Material of administration management, they use small and light gold silk, dyeing by natural color. They weave with gold silk which order from India. There are expensive, rare, quality ative in material instruments. The instruments are extra and modern. The loop has 1,000 heddles. The factory of silk weaving is tall two-three meters. The raw materials are enough for the product. And, 4) Controlling administration management, Arjan Wiratham Trakoon-ngernthai, who is smart of administration, experience, learning, sacrifice, leadership, and treats their membership as his family as well as sets the rule 10 practicing. So, they are happy, and their group is strengthen.
