Abstract: การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะหลักของผู้จัดการโลจิสติกส์ในประเทศไทย และ (2) เพื่อศึกษาความสอดคล้ององค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันปัจจัยสมรรถนะหลักของผู้จัดการโลจิสติกส์ในประเทศไทย การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ที่ใช้วิธีการศึกษาแบบการวิจัยเชิงอนาคต (EDFR; Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research) ซึ่งใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคเดลฟายจากความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และพัฒนาเป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้จัดการโลจิสติกส์ในองค์กรธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับโลจิสติกส์จำนวน 200 คน เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างของสมรรถนะหลักของผู้จัดการโลจิสติกส์ในประเทศไทยกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์โดยใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า โมเดลองค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันปัจจัยสมรรถนะหลักของผู้จัดการโลจิสติกส์ในประเทศไทย มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ หลังจากผู้วิจัยได้ปรับโมเดลตามค่าเสนอแนะจากดัชนีปรับโมเดล (Model Modification Indices: MI) ผลการวิเคราะห์โมเดลที่ปรับแล้วค่าสถิติไค-สแควร์ไม่มีนัยสำคัญ (p-value> 0.05) ค่าไค-สแควร์สัมพัทธ์เท่ากับ 0.713 ดัชนี (Good of Fit Index: GFI) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.999 ดัชนี (Adjust Good of Fit Index: AGFI) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.979 ดัชนี (Good of Fit Index: GFI) มีค่าเท่ากับ 1.000 Standardized RMR มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.001 และค่า (Root Mean Square Eror of Approximation: RMSEA) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.000 ซึ่งผ่านเกณฑ์ทั้งหมดและทำให้การศึกษาสรุปได้ว่าองค์ประกอบที่มีความสำคัญมากที่สุดที่ผู้จัดการโลจิสติกส์ในประเทศไทยควรมีคือสมรรถนะด้านความรู้รองลงมาคือสมรรถนะด้านบุคลิกลักษณะสมรรถนะหลักด้านทัศนคติสมรรถนะหลักด้านแรงจูงใจและสมรรถนะด้านทักษะตามลำดับโดยที่สมรรถนะในแต่ละด้านล้วนมีความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับมาก The objectives of this research were to: (1) study core competence of logistics manager in Thailand, and (2) study the accordance of confirmatory component of the core competence factors of logistics manager in Thailand. The research was qualitative research, using ethnographic Delphi futures research (EDFR) for collecting the opinion date from experts and then were developed to collect the opinion data from 200 persons who were logistics manager in business and industry organizations in order to receive the information for analyzing the precision of structure of the core competence of logistics manager in Thailand. The research used confirmatory factors analysis (CFA) to analyze the empirical data. The results of this research showed that the confirmatory the confirmatory configuration of the core competence factors of logistics manager in Thailand had consistency with the empirical data. This research adjusted and used Model Modification Indices (Ml), the results of model analysis adjusted found that chi-square was non significant (p-value > 0.05), chi - square relative 0.713, Good of Fit Index (GFI) 0.999, Adjust Good of Fit Index (AGFI) was 0.979, Good of Fit Index (CFI) was 1.000, Standardized (RMR) was 0.001 and Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) was 0.000, which passed all criteria. The research concluded that the most important component of the logistics managers in Thailand should have competence in knowledge, personality, attitude, motivation and skill respectively that each competence had importance at much level.
