Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to study the Motivation of Supporting staffs at University of Phayao as well as investigating the relationships among factors (gender, age, marriage status, education level, Salary and working experience) with Factors influencing job motivation. The samples were 267 service staff from departments within the University of Phayao 43 units. The data were collected by using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics were percentage, mean and standard deviation, The t-test analysis was used as the statistical hypothesis test. Besides, the One-Way ANOVA was used for testing variance at the significance 0.05 The study found that most of samples were female 150 persons accounted for 56.18% and is male 117 persons accounted for 43.82%. The analysis of data overall, it was found that Incentive factor affecting Work Motivation of Service Staff of the University of Phayao. Motivation level is very high average total 3.549 The highest mean is the administration average 3.783 The hypothesis test found that personal factors were gender, age, marriage status, education level, Salary and working experience not different Statistically significant at the 0.05
