Abstract:
This research aimed to 1) develop a quality knowledge management web application through mobile phones for undergraduate students, 2) study the effects of the knowledge management through mobile phones for undergraduate students, and 3) study the undergraduate students satisfaction on the web application for knowledge management through mobile phones.
The sample group was selected using purposive sampling method and was consisted of 30 undergraduate students in Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The research instruments used for collecting data were 1) the knowledge analysis form, 2) the web application for the knowledge management evaluation form, and 3) the students satisfaction questionnaires on the web application for knowledge management. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation.
The research revealed that 1) the quality of the web application for knowledge management through mobile phones for undergraduate students, both the media and the content, was in the good level, 2) the effects of the knowledge management through mobile phones for undergraduate students in five contents the designing process of the Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI), the compositions of CAI, the elements of websites, the psychology of colors, and the info graphics were at very good level, and 3) the undergraduate students satisfaction on the web application for knowledge management through mobile phones for undergraduate students was at a good level.
