Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาเว็บแอพพลิเคชันการจัดการความรู้ที่มีคุณภาพผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี 2) ศึกษาผลของการจัดการความรู้ผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อเว็บแอพพลิเคชัน การจัดการความรู้โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย เว็บแอพพลิเคชันการจัดการความรู้ แบบวิเคราะห์ความรู้ แบบประเมินเว็บแอพลิเคชันการจัดการความรู้ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาปริญญาตรีที่มีต่อเว็บแอพพลิเคชันการจัดการความรู้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณภาพของเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่นการจัดการความรู้ ผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ในด้านสื่ออยู่ในระดับดี และด้านเนื้อหาอยู่ในระดับดี 2) ผลการจัดการความรู้ของนักศึกษาได้ความรู้ จำนวน 5 เรื่อง ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนการออกแบบคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน องค์ประกอบของคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน องค์ประกอบของเว็บไซต์ สี และความรู้สึกตามหลักจิตวิทยาอินโฟกราฟิก และความรู้ที่ได้จัดการอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และ 3) ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ที่มีต่อเว็บแอพพลิเคชันการจัดการความรู้ ผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี อยู่ในระดับดี

Abstract: This research aimed to 1) develop a quality knowledge management web application through mobile phones for undergraduate students, 2) study the effects of the knowledge management through mobile phones for undergraduate students, and 3) study the undergraduate students’ satisfaction on the web application for knowledge management through mobile phones. The sample group was selected using purposive sampling method and was consisted of 30 undergraduate students in Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The research instruments used for collecting data were 1) the knowledge analysis form, 2) the web application for the knowledge management evaluation form, and 3) the students’ satisfaction questionnaires on the web application for knowledge management. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The research revealed that 1) the quality of the web application for knowledge management through mobile phones for undergraduate students, both the media and the content, was in the good level, 2) the effects of the knowledge management through mobile phones for undergraduate students in five contents the designing process of the Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI), the compositions of CAI, the elements of websites, the psychology of colors, and the info graphics were at very good level, and 3) the undergraduate students’ satisfaction on the web application for knowledge management through mobile phones for undergraduate students was at a good level.
