The implementation of gas monitoring sensor networks with information centric ranking diffusion systems
Abstract:
This research was proposed the implementation of gas sensor along the sensor networks for monitoring application. Accordingly, hardware the MQ-X series gas sensor was implemented on Raspberry Pi embedded computer, which was powerful on computational, communication with small form factor and low power consumption. Likewise, the communication of the network was communicated along the MQTT protocol for lightweight data transaction between publisher and subscriber agents. Moreover, we also investigated the issue of the latency time occur when implemented the sensor networks through institution network, which affected to the packet collusion in large scale of sensor networks. In addition, for notification application we had implemented the LINE API for notify subscribers when the gas sensor was reach-out to the setting hazardous threshold for social network application. Significantly the sensor networks topology, we also proposed the concept of the Information Centric Networking (ICN) with the ranking diffusion technique. The ICN was diffused the read-out values from surrounding sensors to normalized the wide spatial areas. Furthermore, the ranking diffusion technique was proposed to prevented the errors read-out value or spikes incidents from agents along the sensor networks.
