Abstract:
The purpose of this research 1) to study the teachers strategies using for solving the risk problem the risk in the secondary schools in Amphur Bangplee Samutprakarn Province. 2) to study the levels of using of teachers in management of secondary schools in Amphur Bangplee Samutprakarn Province. 3) To study the correlation between strategies using and social support of teachers. The research populations were teachers in Secondary Schools in Amphur Bangplee Samutprakarn Province. Academic year 2017, 5 schools, 550 teachers. The samples were 226 teachers which systematic random sampling from name list. The instrument was the questionnaire with five levels scale for 36 questions. The results of research were analysed by mean (x̄) standard deviation (S.D.) percentage (%) and correlation. The research findings that founded 1) The different gender of teachers used different strategies are significantly at 0.05 the other side did not found significantly different. 2) The research founded overall of 4 strategies using were high level the highest strategies were awareness building, advised and helping, knowledge and understand improving and directing by sequentially. 3) The research founded social support had positive correlation with the strategies using of teachers
