Abstract:
This relationship research was aim to study: the relationship between administrators academic leadership, attitude toward administrator, and teaching performance of the teachers, and the prediction of teachers work participation by administrators support and teachers attitude toward administrator. Samples were 136 teachers selected by multi-stage sampling from Rayoug Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The instrument for collecting data were Likert summated rating scales, measured 3 important variables. Their score reliability (α) were .764 to .918. The data was analyzed by basic and inferential statistics. The statistics for hypothesis testing were simple correlation and stepwise multiple regression.
Research finding were: The relationship between administrators academic leadership, attitude toward administrator and teaching performance of the teachers were at high level (r=.713 and .798; P<.001), the administrators academic leadership and attitude toward administrator could prediet teaching performance of the teachers for 67.5%, β of the predictors were .284 and .592 respectively.
