Abstract: การวิจัยเชิงสัมพันธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารและทัศนคติต่อผู้บริหาร กับการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพของครู ศึกษาการอธิบายการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพของครู ด้วยการรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร และทัศนคติต่อผู้บริหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาเป็นครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนประจำปีการศึกษา 2560 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 (กลุ่มอำเภอบ้านฉาง) จำนวนรวม 136 คน จาก 5 โรงเรียน เลือกโดยสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือวิจัย เป็นแบบวัดมาตรประมาณรวมค่า ใช้วัดตัวแปรสำคัญ 3 ตัวแปร มีค่าความเที่ยงของคะแนนจากการวัดที่หาโดยวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา 0.764 ถึง 0.918 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติพื้นฐาน และสถิติอ้างอิง โดยสถิติที่ใช้เพื่อทดสอบสมมุติฐาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์อย่างง่าย และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ การวิจัยพบว่า การรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร และทัศนคติต่อผู้บริหารสัมพันธ์กับการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพของครู ในระดับสูง (r=0.713 และ 0.798; P<0.001) การรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร และทัศนคติต่อผู้บริหารร่วมกันทำนายการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพของครู ได้ร้อยละ 67.50 น้ำหนักการทำนายของตัวทำนาย ทั้งสองเป็น 0.284 และ 0.592 ตามลำดับ"

Abstract: This relationship research was aim to study: the relationship between administrator’s academic leadership, attitude toward administrator, and teaching performance of the teachers, and the prediction of teachers’ work participation by administrator’s support and teachers’ attitude toward administrator. Samples were 136 teachers selected by multi-stage sampling from Rayoug Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The instrument for collecting data were Likert summated rating scales, measured 3 important variables. Their score reliability (α) were .764 to .918. The data was analyzed by basic and inferential statistics. The statistics for hypothesis testing were simple correlation and stepwise multiple regression. Research finding were: The relationship between administrator’s academic leadership, attitude toward administrator and teaching performance of the teachers were at high level (r=.713 and .798; P<.001), the administrator’s academic leadership and attitude toward administrator could prediet teaching performance of the teachers for 67.5%, β of the predictors were .284 and .592 respectively.
