Abstract:
This Relationship research was aim to study: the relationship between administrators participative management, attitudes toward administrators and teachers team working, prediction of teachers team working by administrators and attitudes toward administrator. Samples were 136 teachers in the academic year 2017 from 5 schools in Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 (Ban Chang Group), selected by multi-stage sampling. Research instruments were summated rating scales, measured 3 important variables. Their score reliability were .764 to .918. The data was analyzed by basic and inferential statistics. The statistics for hypothesis testing were simple correlation and stepwise multiple regression.
The findings indicated that the relationship between administrators participative management, attitudes toward administrator and teachers team working were at high level (r=.744, .829; P<.001), the administrators participative management and attitudes toward administrators could predict teachers team working for 75.8%, beta (ß) of the predictors were .400 and .532 respectively.
