Abstract:
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the creatives economy strategic implementation of Northern Thai community based enterprise and 2) to verify the consistency of structural equation model of business resources, creatives economy strategic and the sustainability of Northern Thai community based enterprises. The mix method approach by using parity measurement was used as the research methodology. The qualitative research was used to create the questionnaire for collecting data for quantitative research. The qualitative researchs instrument was semi-structured interview that used to interview 5 officers of 5 provinces who responsible for community enterprises. The interview data was used to make a questionnaire for quantitative research. The samples of quantitative research were 558 community based enterprise committees. The data were analyzed by using program to find descriptive statistics and factor confirmations analysis to test the consistency of the structural equation model of business resources based on the concept of creative economy, implementation of creative economy strategy and business sustainability of community enterprises in upper northern region
The key success factors of creative economy approach implementation for the sustainability of Northern Thai community based enterprises analyzed by using structural equation model found that the first influence factor that impact to communitys sustainability was business resources based on the concept of creative economy. These business resources included financial resources, intellectual resources, physical resources and labor resources. The second influence is the implementation of creative economy strategies: differentiation, alliance, eco-production, innovation, staffs and marketing strategies.
