Abstract:
This research aims to study a consumer behavior, the reasons of using services and tenants, and relationship with tenants of community mall in 2 different areas. One is surrounded by residentials, which is Nawamin City Avenue. And another one is surrounded by mixed of land used, which is Avenue Ratchayothin. By surveying shop and tenant, questioners of accidental sampling 400 people, divided to 200 each. The sample are customers who ages over than 18-years old, Monday to Sunday. The study indicated that most of the customers are female students and white collars, ages 18-25 years old with income 10,001-35,000 baht per month. Most of people are use service and shops in community mall with 3 main reasons. 1) Location of a community mall is near by their property. 2) There are shops that needed. 3) Sufficiently car park. a consumer behavior is related to store types and using factor for example; The majority of the users of the Avenue Ratchayothin are alone. On the other hand people who use the services of Nawamin City Avenue, mostly with friends and family. Relative to the demand for parking and store types. It can be concluded that the shops and tenant in the community mall are related to consumer behavior which focus on convenient escalated in the way of spending travelling and lifestyle. But the people who use the service may vary by context of each location.
