Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจังหวัดสระบุรี 2) ระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจังหวัดสระบุรี 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจังหวัดสระบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจังหวัดสระบุรี ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จำนวน 110 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจังหวัดสระบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจังหวัดสระบุรี พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับมากอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

Abstract: The objectives of this thesis were to 1) study the levels of the technological leadership of the educational institution administrators under the supervision of Saraburi Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education, 2) study the levels of the academic administration of the educational institution administrators under the supervision of Saraburi Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education, and 3) compare the relationship between the technological leadership and the academic administration of the educational institution administrators under the supervision of Saraburi Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education. The samples were 110 teachers and educational staffs under the supervision of Saraburi Office of Non - Formal and Informal Education. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation. The research result showed that 1) the technological leadership of the educational institution administrators under the supervision of Saraburi Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education was at the high level as a whole aspect, 2) the academic administration of the educational institution administrators under the supervision of Saraburi Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education was at the high level as a whole aspect, and 3) technological leadership and the academic administration of the administrators under the supervision of Saraburi Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education was significantly related at the 0.01 level.
