The relationship between the technological leadership and the academic administration of the educational institution administrators under the supervision of Saraburi office of the non-formal and informal education
Abstract:
The objectives of this thesis were to 1) study the levels of the technological leadership of the educational institution administrators under the supervision of Saraburi Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education, 2) study the levels of the academic administration of the educational institution administrators under the supervision of Saraburi Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education, and 3) compare the relationship between the technological leadership and the academic administration of the educational institution administrators under the supervision of Saraburi Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education.
The samples were 110 teachers and educational staffs under the supervision of Saraburi Office of Non - Formal and Informal Education. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation.
The research result showed that 1) the technological leadership of the educational
institution administrators under the supervision of Saraburi Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education was at the high level as a whole aspect, 2) the academic administration of the educational institution administrators under the supervision of Saraburi Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education was at the high level as a whole aspect, and 3) technological leadership and the academic administration of the administrators under the supervision of Saraburi Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education was significantly related at the 0.01 level.
